• The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods.

• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. we will refund this postage cost if the return is due to our error You may ship your package using the delivery method of your choice, No credit is given for lost packages. Nonreturnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

• In the case that the merchandise being returned is due to seller's shipping mistakes such as wrong size and styles customer will have a full refund for the order he or she paid.

• Customer will get a partial refund subtracting 10% restocking fee based on the price of the item returned. Refund will be processed within 15 days after the seller had received the returned item.

Refunds:

If you have paid by Bank transfer , money order your By Nature account will be credited within 4 To 7 days.
